This website has no forms, uses no cookies and loads nothing from third parties: no analytics, no advertising, no external fonts. We only process the data you send us when you email or call us, and the technical logs any web server produces.

What data we process and why
If you email or call us
We process what you tell us: usually your name, company, email or phone number and the content of your enquiry. We use it to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to show you h2pass and prepare a possible collaboration.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries we receive (Article 6(1)(f)).
Retention: as long as needed to handle your enquiry. If we end up working together, for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by law.
When you visit the website
The server automatically logs the IP address, date and time, requested page and browser of each visit. We only use these logs to keep the website running and protect it against abuse.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: 14 days. After that they are deleted automatically.
Who receives the data
We do not share your data with anyone, unless required by law. To provide the service we use providers that process data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement:
- DigitalOcean LLC, which hosts the website on a server located in Amsterdam (Netherlands, European Union).
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft 365), which provides our email, for the messages you send us.
DigitalOcean and Microsoft belong to US corporate groups. Any access to the data from outside the European Union is covered by the safeguards of the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies or any other technology that stores information in your browser. That is why we do not ask for your consent when you arrive.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, rectify or erase your data, to object to or restrict its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. Email us at hola@h2pass.com saying which right you want to exercise. If we cannot confirm it is you, we will ask you to prove your identity.
If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
